I have always loved movement and the human body. Always craving information and the WHY behind everything led me to dance and then the WHY behind injury and burnout. Years later after much hard work and dedication I found myself as a health researcher. I had found my WHY and love for information but I missed my passion for movement! So, I quit my job in healthcare, and combined my passions into one; movement, yoga and the WHY behind it all!
I love teaching how to trust our bodies, how to understand the why behind our behaviors and how to bring more movement into our lives!
